The rain

There was 100% chance of rain forecasted for today, and GUESS WHAT??!!!!!

it rained today.
who'd a thunk right?
i know!!!!!!

and its snowing @ a higher elevation.
but i don't like snow.
i like the rain.
except for when my socks get wet.
then the rain is icky and wet.
so no more dancing in the rain.
the fun is done when your socks get wet.
through your shoes.

then you have to blow dry your feet, because you are a freak.
and then you burn your feet, because you have it on too hot.
and then when you are hopping around on one foot,
and because you are a freak, and because it is inevitable, you fall over.
and you drop the hair dryer.
and it falls in the puddle of water forming at your soaking feet.
and it buzzes, because water and electricity don't mix.
you electrocute your feet.
and you blow the power.
and then it is dark.
and your socks are still wet.

the fun is done when your socks get wet.
